Criteria, which must be met by applicants, are as follows:

Ø  African American High School Senior, June 2025 graduate

Ø  Minimum GPA of 85

Ø  Accepted (or acceptance forthcoming) at an accredited college or university

 The applicant must:

1.   Complete the Online or PDF application

 2.   Submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher, school counselor or principal; either online or mail to the PO box shown below

 3.   Have the school counselor mail an official transcript to the PO box shown below

 4.   If selected as a finalist, be available for a virtual interview, which will be scheduled between May 17 – May 30, 2025

 The scholarship application, letter of recommendation and transcript must be received by the Scholarship Committee by May 2, 2025 or postmarked no later than May 2, 2025.
