Graduating High School Students HBCU Scholarship

Criteria, which must be met by applicants, are as follows:

Ø  African American High School Senior, June 2025 graduate

Ø  Minimum GPA of 85

Ø  Accepted (or acceptance forthcoming) at an accredited Historically Black College or University

 The applicant must:

  1. Complete the Online or PDF application

  2.    Submit two letters of recommendation from a teacher, school counselor or principal either online or mail to PO box shown below

  3. Submit a 200 word essay on why he/she will be attending an HBCU either online or mail to PO box shown below

  4.    Have his/her school counselor official transcript with the application to the PO box shown below

  5.    If selected as a finalist, be available for a virtual interview, which will be scheduled between May 17 – May 30, 2025

 The scholarship application, letter of recommendation and transcript must be received by the Scholarship Committee by May 2, 2025 or  postmarked no later than May 2, 2025. 

Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered!
